Classic Safari

Classic Safari by road 6 nights.

 

Day 1 Nairobi-Aberdares.

Drive to Aberdares country club for lunch and then transfer by hotel shuttle to your tree hotel. Tonight, watch for animals as they come to the lodge's floodlit waterhole to drink water and scratch for salt.

Day 2 Aberdares-Samburu. 

Drive north to semi-arid region of the Samburu game reserve arriving in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive.

Day 3 Samburu.

Look for the reticulated giraffe, grevy's zebra and gerenuk-all indigenious to this region-on your morning and afternoon game drives. Fullday avalible.

Day 4 Samburu-Mt. Kenya.

After early morning game drive in Samburu, drive south to Mt. Kenya Safari club, arriving in time for lunch. The afternoon is at leisure

Day 5 Mt. Kenya-Masai Mara.

After  Breakfast leave for the Masai Mara by road. (Light aircraft transfer avalable) Arriving in time for lunch. After lunch enjoy a game drive in the mara.

Day 6 Masai Mara.

A fulldays game drive in the Masai Mara.

Day 7 Masai Mara-Nairobi.

Enjoy one last game drive before breakfast, return to Nairobi (light aircraft back to Nairobi avalible.)

Note: If you have flown from Mt. Kenya to Masai Mara Day 5 Morning and afternoon game drive only on day 6.
